1. Terms and Conditions of Sale

  • 1.1. Acceptance of Terms
  • By accessing or using this website (“Site”), including placing orders, the Customer (“You”, “Your”) acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Star International Furniture (“Seller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of this Site and any services herein.
  • 1.2. Orders, Acceptance, and Confirmation
  • All orders placed through this Site are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or decline any order at its sole discretion without liability or obligation. Orders shall only be deemed accepted once the Seller issues a formal confirmation email containing details of the order and acknowledgment of acceptance (“Order Confirmation”). The Seller does not guarantee the availability of any product and shall not be liable for rejected or canceled orders.

  • The prices for products are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly indicated otherwise. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full before the products are shipped. The dominant currency for all transactions shall be USD, and the Customer shall bear all banking and transaction fees associated with the payment.

  • Ownership of the Goods shall transfer from Seller to Customer upon full payment. Risk of loss, damage, or theft shall pass to the Customer once the Goods have been handed to the chosen shipping carrier. The Seller shall not be responsible for any loss or damage after shipment.

  • The Seller shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the products. Our total liability shall be limited to the value of the goods purchased.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • 3.1. Shipping Operations
  • All products are shipped from Pakistan via reputable international courier companies, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Shipments are dispatched promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery times are estimated and do not constitute binding commitments; delays may occur due to customs procedures, logistical challenges, or force majeure events.
  • 3.2. Shipping Fees and Duties
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, weight, and chosen shipping method. The Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and related expenses incurred in the destination country. The Seller shall not be liable for any costs, delays, or confiscation resulting from customs procedures.
  • 3.3. Handling of Damaged or Lost Goods
  • The Customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Claims for damages, loss, or missing items must be made within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence (photos, descriptions). The Seller will cooperate with courier investigations but is not responsible for issues beyond its control.
  • 3.4. Delivery Risks
  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer when the Goods are handed over to the shipping carrier. The Seller shall not be liable for delays, damages, or loss caused during transit or customs clearance.


4. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  • 4.1. Conditions for Returns
  • Returns are accepted solely for defective or damaged products reported within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, saleable condition. The Customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a Seller error.
  • 4.2. Refund Process
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, the Seller shall process refunds within 14 days, excluding shipping costs unless the claim is due to defect, damage, or error on our part. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • The Seller’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the products. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for damages of any kind—direct or consequential—arising from use, misuse, or inability to use the products.

  • The Seller shall be exempt from liability for delays or failures in fulfilling contractual obligations due to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, political upheaval, or other circumstances beyond control.
